Star Wars collectors, get ready to relive the prequel era. At this year's New York Comic Con, Hasbro pulled back the curtain on a fresh wave of merchandise that will have fans reaching for their wallets. The spotlight? A trio of Black Series figures inspired by Attack of the Clones, the film that pitted Jedi against bounty hunters on Geonosis and beyond.
Attack of the Clones Black Series Figures
Three new 6-inch Black Series figures are on the way, each capturing a memorable character from the 2002 film. Fans can look forward to Agen Kolar, the Zabrak Jedi Master; Saesee Tiin, the silent but deadly Jedi Council member; and Zam Wesell, the shape-shifting bounty hunter who kicked off the movie's mystery. Each figure boasts multiple articulation points for dynamic posing, and comes with character-specific accessories—including lightsabers for the Jedi. These are set to go up for pre-order on October 29, so mark your calendars.
Mandalorian Vintage Collection 3-Pack
But that's not all. Hasbro also announced a Vintage Collection 3-pack based on a memorable moment from The Mandalorian Season 2. The set includes Trapper Wolf (X-wing Pilot), Frog Lady, and Carson Teva (X-wing Pilot), recreating the tense ice cave confrontation with Din Djarin. Each pilot comes with a removable helmet and blaster, while Frog Lady includes her backpack. This set is available for pre-order on October 22.
Saga Collection Multipack with VHS-Inspired Packaging
For those who love a bit of nostalgia with their collectibles, the Star Wars Black Series Saga Collection Multipack offers figures from across the franchise, packaged in a VHS-inspired sleeve that pays tribute to each film. The multipack includes a Queen Amidala figure, a nod to Anakin Skywalker's Padawan era, IG-88, and more. The unique packaging features product photography inspired by movie moments and iconic film poster illustrations, making it a perfect display piece for any fan's shelf.
These announcements came during the Hasbro and Star Wars panel at NYCC, where fans got an exclusive first look at the upcoming lineup. The Black Series Saga Collection Multipack was previously revealed on the Hasbro Pulse Star Wars Fanstream, but the VHS-style packaging is a new twist that adds a retro flair.
With pre-orders opening soon, collectors should keep an eye on Hasbro Pulse and other retailers. Whether you're a fan of the prequel era, The Mandalorian, or the original trilogy, there's something here for every Star Wars enthusiast. And if you need a refresher on the saga, why not revisit Attack of the Clones before your new figures arrive?
In other entertainment news, Deadpool's X-Men '97 debut is causing waves, and Doctor Who's lost classic returns in animated form. But for now, Star Wars fans have plenty to celebrate with these new collectibles.
