Set for release on October 19, 2026, via Eureka Entertainment's Masters of Cinema line, this new edition offers a pristine 4K restoration from the original camera negative, complete with Dolby Vision/HDR, original French 5.1 and stereo audio, and newly revised English subtitles. While it's a UK release, 4K Ultra HD Blu-rays are region-free, so horror fans worldwide can enjoy it.
For those unfamiliar with Martyrs, a word of caution: this is not your typical Halloween fright-fest. It's a deeply disturbing, psychologically harrowing experience that goes far beyond jump scares. This isn't the first time Martyrs has been released in this restored format. Eureka's limited dual-format edition debuted in October 2025, but that collector's packaging has been discontinued. This new repackaging drops the fancy extras but keeps all the essential content, including a wealth of bonus features.
