Fans of James Bond lore will want to mark their calendars: a reunion of two iconic Casino Royale stars is about to vanish from streaming. Mads Mikkelsen and Eva Green, who played the villain Le Chiffre and the Bond girl Vesper Lynd, respectively, later teamed up in the 2014 Western The Salvation. Directed by Kristian Levring—a founding member of the Dogme 95 movement alongside Lars von Trier—The Salvation is a Danish revenge Western set in the American frontier.
