Prime Video's Reacher has become a streaming sensation, with Alan Ritchson's towering portrayal of Lee Child's beloved hero winning over fans worldwide. While the next season is slated for 2026, the streamer is also expanding the franchise with its first spin-off, Neagley, centered on Maria Sten's fan-favorite character. Now, star Adeline Rudolph is giving us a sneak peek at what to expect.
In an exclusive chat with ShowtimeSpot, Rudolph—best known for Chilling Adventures of Sabrina and Riverdale—revealed that Neagley will carve its own identity. 'It's a little bit different in tone, but it definitely has the elements that people love from the Reacher series,' she said. 'We're definitely living in the same universe.' The spin-off follows Maria Sten's Neagley, a U.S. Army Master Sergeant and security consultant who serves as Jack Reacher's closest ally.
Rudolph also confirmed a fun reunion with a fellow Mortal Kombat II cast member. 'Funnily enough, I get to work with Damon Herriman again, who plays our Quan Chi,' she shared. Herriman, who portrays the sorcerer in the upcoming video game adaptation, will appear in Neagley as well. The spin-off promises an 'amazing adventure' that holds its own alongside the flagship series.
Before diving into the Reacher universe, Rudolph is gearing up for Mortal Kombat II, where she takes on the iconic role of Kitana, the dual-fan-wielding princess of Edenia. She'll reunite with her Chilling Adventures of Sabrina co-star Tati Gabrielle, who plays Jade. The film hits theaters on May 8, 2026.
