Taylor Sheridan's universe keeps expanding, and 2026 is shaping up to be another massive year for the prolific creator. With Mayor of Kingstown set to return for its fifth and final season in early 2027, and his new crime thriller F.A.S.T. hitting theaters in May, Sheridan is clearly not slowing down. But right now, all eyes are on the show that's dominating the streaming world: Tulsa King, starring the legendary Sylvester Stallone.
Season 4 of Tulsa King premiered on October 16, and Paramount+ has been dropping new episodes every Friday since. The season is set to conclude on December 18, but fans can rest easy—the show has already been renewed for a fifth season. And that's not all: the first spin-off, Frisco King, starring Samuel L. Jackson, will debut on the same day as the Season 4 finale.
Before Episode 4 arrives, we've got an exclusive sneak peek that shows Dwight (Stallone) laying down the law in no uncertain terms. In the clip, Dwight makes it crystal clear that Ray isn't getting a dime from his criminal empire—and he warns anyone thinking about helping Ray that they'll face serious consequences. It's a tense, gripping moment that reminds us why Stallone's portrayal of Dwight has become so iconic.
This scene is a perfect example of the high-stakes drama that has made Tulsa King a must-watch. Dwight's no-nonsense approach to loyalty and power is at the heart of the show, and this clip delivers that intensity in spades. If you're a fan of the series, you won't want to miss what happens next.
How Long Can Tulsa King Keep Going?
In a recent interview, Stallone shared his thoughts on the show's future, suggesting that a sixth season would be the ideal endpoint. If that happens, Tulsa King would surpass both Yellowstone and Mayor of Kingstown as the longest-running series in Sheridan's TV universe. Sheridan is known for keeping his shows tight and not overstaying their welcome, but the overwhelming demand for more Tulsa King might just change that philosophy.
With the show's continued success and the upcoming spin-off, it's clear that the world of Tulsa King has plenty of stories left to tell. Whether it's Dwight's ongoing battles or new characters like those in Frisco King, fans have a lot to look forward to.
Don't forget to catch new episodes of Tulsa King every Friday on Paramount+. And while you're at it, check out our look at Stallone's other recent streaming success and his thriller Alarum finding a new audience. Stay tuned for more updates on all things Taylor Sheridan.
