Buzz, buzz, buzz, baby! The wait is almost over for Yellowjackets fans. The show's fourth and final season has officially locked in its premiere date, and a fresh teaser gives us our first glimpse of the long-awaited rescue. After three seasons of survival, secrets, and increasingly unhinged behavior in the Canadian wilderness, the girls are finally getting out — but as the new footage suggests, the journey home might be the most dangerous part yet.

Set to debut on November 20 exclusively on Paramount+ with Showtime, the final season picks up right where the cliffhanger left off. In the Season 3 finale, the stranded teens pulled off a risky plan to get Natalie (Sophie Thatcher) to the mountaintop with a salvaged radio, defying Shauna's (Sophie Nélisse) desperate objections. Now, it looks like her call for help was answered — and the teaser plays out like a breaking news broadcast flickering across vintage '90s TVs, signaling that the world is about to learn what happened out there.

Dylan Sprouse is back on Disney Channel! The Suite Life alum guest-stars in Big City Greens Season 5 as Tyler, Gloria's date. Watch the exclusive clip.

The official logline for Season 4 teases a homecoming that's far from warm: “As the survivors race to bury their sins before rescue arrives, and an old flame roars back into town with plans of her own, turns out not every homecoming is a joyous one, and this one's going to sting.” That's a promise of reckoning, both for the teen timeline and the adult survivors still haunted by their past.

Who's Back for the Final Ride?

The ensemble remains stacked with talent, including Emmy nominees Melanie Lynskey and Christina Ricci, along with Tawny Cypress, Sophie Nélisse, Jasmin Savoy Brown, Sophie Thatcher, Samantha Hanratty, Courtney Eaton, Liv Hewson, Warren Kole, Kevin Alves, Sarah Desjardins, Nia Sondaya, Jenna Burgess, and two-time Oscar winner Hilary Swank. New to the mix is '80s icon Molly Ringwald, who'll play Van's mother, Vicky. While adult Van (Lauren Ambrose) and adult Natalie (Juliette Lewis) aren't expected back, the show has a knack for surprises, so don't count anything out.

Behind the camera, Once Upon a Time alum Jennifer Morrison is directing an episode, and she's already teased it's even more intense than her Season 3 standout, “Croak” — one of the series' highest-rated hours. Speaking on Collider Ladies Night, Morrison said, “I can't talk about the episode, but I would say the episode I got to do this season [...] I would say it is as wild, if not wilder, than Episode 7 of Season 3.” That's high praise from a show that's never shied away from the dark and deranged.

As the final season approaches, it's worth remembering how far these characters have come — and how much they've lost. The show has always been as much about trauma and memory as it is about survival, and the homecoming arc promises to dig into the psychological fallout of their ordeal. For fans who've been along for the ride since the pilot, this is the beginning of the end, and it's shaping up to be a wild one.

If you're already feeling the void, there are plenty of other shows to fill the gap. For instance, the final season of Outer Banks offers a similarly bittersweet farewell, while the spy thriller The Agency is a solid Paramount+ pick for those who like their drama with a side of paranoia. And if you're in the mood for a sci-fi classic, Matt Damon's Elysium is finally getting its due as a prophetic gem.

Mark your calendars: Yellowjackets Season 4 premieres November 20 on Paramount+ with Showtime. The buzz is real, and the sting is coming.
