Fans of the beloved NCIS duo Tony DiNozzo and Ziva David have a reason to celebrate. Following the unexpected cancellation of their spin-off series NCIS: Tony & Ziva on Paramount+, stars Michael Weatherly and Cote de Pablo are heading to Brussels for their first major public appearance together since the show's abrupt end.
The pop culture convention Heroes World, held at Brussels Expo in Belgium, has announced that both actors will be special guests on October 17 and 18. Attendees can purchase tickets for photo shoots, selfies, and even a duo shoot with both stars. Every ticket also includes access to a Q&A session, giving fans a chance to ask burning questions about the spin-off, their time on NCIS, or any other projects.
The spin-off, which premiered last year, picked up with Tony and Ziva living in Paris with their daughter Tali (Isla Gie). Though their on-again, off-again romance had hit a rough patch, the series offered a satisfying conclusion as the couple reunited to clear their names and uncover who was after them. Despite critical acclaim—earning an 82% score on Rotten Tomatoes—and strong streaming numbers, Paramount+ canceled the show after just one season, sparking a passionate fan campaign that even included a billboard urging its renewal.
While the cancellation stung, this convention appearance offers a small consolation for fans eager to see the duo one more time. The Brussels setting is especially fitting, given that the spin-off took the characters across Europe. For those who can't make it, the event is just one of many ways the fandom continues to celebrate Tiva's legacy.
In the meantime, the NCIS franchise is far from done. A new spin-off, NCIS: New York, is set to premiere this fall, bringing back LL COOL J as Sam Hanna. The series will see Hanna return to his hometown to work in a new field office alongside a roguish agent played by Scott Caan. Showrunner Byron Balasco (known for Kingdom) is at the helm, with original NCIS: Los Angeles showrunner R. Scott Gemmill handling the pilot. Chris O'Donnell, who played G. Callen on Los Angeles, has expressed interest in making a guest appearance, telling Collider, "Any opportunity to spend time with Todd is something I would do."
For now, all eyes are on Brussels. Tickets for Heroes World are on sale now, and more guests are expected to be announced in the coming weeks. Whether you're a die-hard Tiva fan or just love the NCIS universe, this is a rare chance to see two of its most iconic stars together again.
