According to reports, Crowe will star alongside Priyanka Chopra Jonas, who has been making waves with her recent roles in The Bluff and Citadel. For Crowe, this marks a return to the sci-fi genre that has occasionally peppered his filmography, from Virtuosity to Noah. His recent output has leaned heavily into action and drama, with films like Beast and The Get Out receiving limited theatrical releases before finding audiences on streaming platforms. He also starred in the 2025 historical epic Nuremberg, a passion project that finally made it to the big screen after years of development.
