Audible has announced a full-cast audio drama adaptation of the classic horror novel, set to premiere this autumn, with Jonathan Bailey taking on the role of the Count.
Bailey, known for his work in Bridgerton and Fellow Travelers, leads an impressive English-language cast that includes Ella Purnell (Yellowjackets) as Mina Murray, Aimee Lou Wood (Sex Education) as Lucy Westenra, Louis Partridge (Enola Holmes) as Jonathan Harker, David Jonsson (Industry) as Dr. Seward, Lesley Manville (Phantom Thread) as Mrs. Westenra, and Maggie Gyllenhaal (The Lost Daughter) as Professor Van Helsing.
The story unfolds through the eyes of Mina Murray, who pieces together letters, diary entries, and witness accounts after Jonathan Harker's mysterious disappearance in Transylvania. As Dracula's influence spreads and Lucy falls under his spell, Mina must lead the fight against the ancient evil—while grappling with the terrifying possibility that the Count has already infiltrated her mind.
