The excitement from San Diego Comic-Con's Avengers: Doomsday panel is still buzzing, and now fans have even more to obsess over. Iron Studios has dropped exclusive new figures of three key characters from the upcoming Marvel blockbuster: Robert Downey Jr.'s Doctor Doom, Patrick Stewart's Professor Charles Xavier, and Ian McKellen's Magneto. These collectibles offer tantalizing hints about the film's plot, especially regarding the mysterious Doctor Doom and the role of the X-Men.
The biggest talking point remains the new take on Victor Von Doom. Since Kevin Feige announced the film in 2024, fans have been buzzing about the villain's yellow arm band, which appears on the official poster and all merchandise. Iron Studios' Legacy Replica and MiniCo figures include this accessory, fueling theories about why Doom is in the MCU and why he has Downey Jr.'s face. But the most intriguing detail comes from the Doctor Doom Throne Deluxe figure, which shows the villain seated on a throne covered in runes—mystical symbols that hint at Latverian witchcraft. Could these runes be the key to understanding Doom's powers and his connection to the multiverse?
On the X-Men side, the figures offer contrasting glimpses of Professor X and Magneto. The Professor Xavier figure shows him seated amidst rubble and a broken stained-glass window, using his telepathic powers. This aligns with the official trailer, where Charles warns that "death comes for us all" and questions who we will be when we close our eyes. In that trailer, he's seen playing chess with a cozy-looking Erik, but the Iron Studios figure suggests a more chaotic setting—perhaps a battle scene.
Magneto's figure, on the other hand, is anything but cozy. Dressed in a red super suit and his signature helmet, he levitates over a broken pillar with his arm outstretched, wearing fingerless gloves. This could be our first look at Magneto using his powers in Avengers: Doomsday, possibly in the New Jersey destruction McKellen accidentally revealed in an interview. The X-Men symbol on his belt buckle confirms his allegiance, but the figure's dynamic pose suggests he's ready for action.
These figures are just a taste of what's to come. The film's cast is massive, including James Marsden as Cyclops, Kelsey Grammer as Beast, Alan Cumming as Nightcrawler, Rebecca Romijn as Mystique, and Channing Tatum as Gambit, alongside the Fantastic Four (Pedro Pascal, Vanessa Kirby, Joseph Quinn, Ebon Moss-Bachrach) and legacy Avengers. With so many characters, collectors will need to clear some shelf space. The new lineup includes a MiniCo Doom, a 1/4 scale Doom, and three 1/10 scale figures: Doctor Doom, Professor X, and Magneto.

Avengers: Doomsday hits theaters on December 18. Until then, these Iron Studios figures are the perfect way to fuel your theories and count down the days.
