What Is 'Citizen Vigilante' About?
In Citizen Vigilante, Hammer plays Sanders, a wealthy businessman who, after being emotionally scarred, decides to take the law into his own hands. He transforms into an underground vigilante, targeting violent criminals who slip through the cracks of a broken justice system. As his brutal campaign goes viral, Sanders becomes both a wanted fugitive and a folk hero. The film also stars Costas Mandylor (Saw franchise) and marks Hammer's second feature since his public controversy, following Travis Mills' Frontier Crucible with Myles Clohessy and William H. Macy.
