Get ready to answer the ocean's call in style. With Disney's live-action Moana remake sailing into theaters on July 10, Loungefly is launching a stunning new collection that lets fans carry a piece of the adventure wherever they go. We've got an exclusive first look at the mini backpack and wallet that blend island florals with Moana's fearless spirit.

Moana Mini Backpack: A Floral Tribute to the Wayfinder

The centerpiece of the drop is a 9-inch-wide mini backpack that wraps Moana in a vibrant garden of embroidered and printed flowers. The front pouch features the young chief's daughter with her hair blowing in the wind, gazing toward her next voyage. Red, yellow, purple, and orange petals pop against the off-white polyurethane fabric, while Heihei the chicken and Pua the pig peek out from the side pouches. Adjustable flower-lined straps, a sturdy top handle, and a coordinated floral interior make it perfect for both ocean journeys and everyday errands. Priced at $90, it's available now at the official Loungefly store.

Matching Wallet: Compact Style with Oceanic Flair

For smaller essentials, the matching wallet features a confident Moana on the front flap, surrounded by the same warm floral embroidery. Inside, a zippered compartment with a blue ocean-inspired border and floral lining includes six card slots and a clear ID slot. A detachable wristlet strap lets you wear it as a secure accessory. At 8 inches wide and 4 inches tall, it's priced at $42—just under half the backpack's cost.

What to Expect from the Live-Action Moana

Directed by Thomas Kail (We Were the Lucky Ones), the live-action remake stays true to the 2016 original. Catherine Lagaʻaia steps into the role of Moana, joining Dwayne Johnson as Maui, along with John Tui, Frankie Adams, and Rena Owen as her family. The story follows Moana as she sails beyond the reef to return the heart of Te Fiti, facing the Kakamora pirates, the coconut crab Tamatoa, and the fiery Te Kā—all rendered with breathtaking new visuals. Co-writer Dana Ledoux Miller says the film's "real human vulnerability" adds a fresh layer of tension.

Fans can also expect the beloved songs from Lin-Manuel Miranda, Mark Mancina, and Opetaia Foa'i, including "How Far I'll Go" and "You're Welcome." The remake promises to capture the ocean on a grand new scale while honoring the heart of the original story.
