What to Expect from the Live-Action Moana
Directed by Thomas Kail (We Were the Lucky Ones), the live-action remake stays true to the 2016 original. Catherine Lagaʻaia steps into the role of Moana, joining Dwayne Johnson as Maui, along with John Tui, Frankie Adams, and Rena Owen as her family.
