Fantasy is having a moment, and it's not just on screen. From epic sagas like Game of Thrones to the sprawling worlds of Dune, the genre has proven it can captivate audiences across every medium. But for book lovers, there's something special about seeing your favorite literary characters come to life in tangible form. That's exactly what Funko has delivered for fans of Sarah J. Maas's A Court of Thorns and Roses series with their new Bitty POP! Books collection.
Today, Target shelves are getting a magical upgrade as Funko launches the first two sets of ACOTAR Bitty POP! Books. These pint-sized collectibles feature beloved characters like Feyre, Rhysand, Tamlin, and Cassian, each rendered in Funko's signature chibi style. But it's not just the characters that are getting the mini treatment—the sets also include intricately detailed locations straight from the books, such as the Spring Court Manor and Moonstone Palace. Each box even comes with a figural bookmark shaped like Prythian, making it a must-have for any collector.
For those unfamiliar with the series, A Court of Thorns and Roses began in 2015 with its first novel. Maas quickly followed up with A Court of Mist and Fury, A Court of Wings and Ruin, and A Court of Frost and Starlight over the next three years. After a brief hiatus, the saga continued in 2021 with A Court of Silver Flames, and just last week, the latest installment, A Court of Splintered Harmony, hit shelves. The series shows no signs of slowing down, and fans are eagerly awaiting the next chapter.
Beyond the books, ACOTAR is also making its way to the screen. A live-action adaptation is currently in development, though details remain scarce. While we wait for more news on that front, these Bitty POP! Books offer a delightful way to bring a piece of Prythian home. Whether you're a longtime devotee or new to the series, these collectibles are a charming addition to any shelf.
